We wanted to send you a short letter to tell you how pleased we are with the service you provided us when we bought our house in April of 2008.
 
If you recall, we had worked with another Realtor prior to contacting you and were a little disillusioned with the process. We were first time buyers and we were anxious to buy our first house, but not sure about the process. You took the time to explain the entire process to us, never too busy to answer our questions, and always looking out for us.
 
We finally decided on a nice little house on the Westside. You helped us find an inspector who was very thorough, and when we ran into problems getting the sellers to make the needed repairs, you helped to smooth things over.
 
We are very happy with the job you did in negotiating our contract with the sellers agent, asking for concessions for our benefit that was over and beyond what we thought we might have received, including a one year Home Warranty that came in handy several months later, and being there at the inspections and closing.
 
Buying a house is difficult enough as it is and we would recommend you to any buyer (or seller for that matter) for your professionalism and genuine caring attitude. We felt like you really cared about us and our house purchase and went out of your way to insure it was a good experience for us.
 
And it doesn’t stop there: after we bought the house and had some problems with the AC we called you late at night and you helped us with the Warranty Company to get our AC repaired. Even after the sale you’ve been there to answer my questions and help me out.
 
We’ll be sure to refer you to anyone we know that needs to buy or sell a beautiful home and let them know that a professional Realtor makes all the difference in the world!
